Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Roasted Urad dal flour
  • 1/2 Cup Curd
  • 1 Green chili
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Few Curry leaves
  • Few Coriander leaves
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl add curd with little water and beat well.
  2. Then add roasted urad dal powder.
  3. Crush green chilli, cumin seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves with mortar pestle.
  4. Add the crushed mixture with curd and urad dal powder.
  5. Whisk and mix well without any lumps.
  6. Healthy Dangar pachadi is ready.
  7. Tempering with oil, mustard, urad dal, asafetodia is optional.
  8. Serve with any traditional Lunch.
