Raw Mango Juice is a great Body cooling Juice served especially in summer to get rid of body heat. It assists with hydration and is abundant in vitamins and minerals, which soothes the stomach.
Ingredients
- 1 Raw Mango (Medium Size)
- Few Mint leaves
- 1 cup Jaggery
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- a pinch Black Salt
Directions
- Mangos are peeled and cut into cubes.
- Then mangos are steamed in a steamer until they are mushy.
- Cool it.
- Then mix in the salt and mangos, crush thoroughly, and set aside.
- Add jaggery to a pan, stir it to dissolve it, and then boil it for three minutes.
- Then filter jaggery syrup and add it with mango pulp and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes to get the concentrated liquid.
- Allow it to cool.
- To make juice simply combine 1/4 cup of the concentrated raw mango with 3/4 cup of mud pot water, black salt, crushed mint leaves.
- Mix it and Serve fresh.
