Ingredients

  • 3 nos Amla
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 – 2 tbsp Grated coconut
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Few Curry leaves
  • asafetida
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Take a cup of curd in a bowl and beat well.
  2. Cut and Discard Amla seeds.
  3. Add Amla, green chilli, coconut, cumin seeds with some salt in mixie and grind well.
  4. Can add little water if required.
  5. Then add the mixture with the curd.
  6. Heat oil in a pan, temper with mustard, urad dal, asafetida and few curry leaves.
  7. Add it to the amla curd mixture.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Healthy and tasty Amla Raita Recipe / Nellikai Thayir Pachadi is ready to serve.
