Bajra Masala Porridge Kambu-Masala Kanji

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Bajra Rava
  • 6 Nos Small Onion / Shallot
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • Few Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Handful Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • a pinch Turmeric Powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Directions

  1. Boil Bajra Rava with 1 1/2 Cup of water, till it gets cooked well.
  2. In a pan heat oil, add chopped shallot, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute till its raw smell goes.
  3. Then add Garam masala, turmeric powder, tomato, salt and saute till tomato gets soft.
  4. Add Mint leaves, coriander leaves and stir.
  5. Then add cooked bajra rava into it, add water as required depending on the consistency you prefer.
  6. Let them boil for a few minutes.
  7. Switch off the Stove.
  8. Bajra Spicy Porridge is Ready.
  9. Serve hot.
