Jowar Puttu | Siru Cholam Recipe | Sorghum recipe is a simple and easy evening millet snack recipe. Siru Cholam Puttu can be prepared with its flour as well as by using its fine rava. To increase its nutritional value, we can also use sprouted jowar flour. In this recipe I’m using dust free jaggery powder directly, if you don’t get it just soak it in water, heat it and filter before using.
