INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup ragi flour
- 3/4 cup bajra flour
- 1/2 cup Any millet flour (Kodo millet / Little Millet / Barnyard Millet / Foxtail Millet)
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup powdered jaggery / country sugar
- 1/4 spoon dry ginger powder
- 1/4 spoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup roasted, powdered peanuts
- 1/2 cup ghee
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together ragi flour, bajra flour, millet flour, grated coconut, powdered jaggery, dry ginger powder and cardamom powder.
- Then add required water and dissolve it in dosa flour.
- Add roasted groundnuts.
- Heat Kulipaniyaram pan, add ghee and pour the batter, wait till it gets cooked well.
- Roast both sides and serve.
