Ingredients
- 1 Cup Ragi / Finger Millet
- Jaggery
- 1 Cardamom
Directions
- Wash and remove dust from ragi by rubbing it well.
- Soak Ragi in clean water for 10 hours.
- Then drain the water after 10 hours and wash the ragi once again.
- Place it in a net bag or cotton towel, tie it gently, and hang it somewhere airy for another 12 hours so it can sprout.
- After 12 hours we can see small white color sprouts from ragi.
- Add it in a blender with one cardamom, little water (hot / cold water) and grind well.
- Filter it and then add jaggery.
- Calcium rich Ragi Milk is Ready.
- Serve immediately.
