Raw Mango Juice is a great Body cooling Juice served especially in summer to get rid of body heat. It assists with hydration and is abundant in vitamins and minerals, which soothes the stomach.

Ingredients

  • 1 Raw Mango (Medium Size)
  • Few Mint leaves
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • a pinch Black Salt

Directions

  1. Mangos are peeled and cut into cubes.
  2. Then mangos are steamed in a steamer until they are mushy.
  3. Cool it.
  4. Then mix in the salt and mangos, crush thoroughly, and set aside.
  5. Add jaggery to a pan, stir it to dissolve it, and then boil it for three minutes.
  6. Then filter jaggery syrup and add it with mango pulp and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes to get the concentrated liquid.
  7. Allow it to cool.
  8. To make juice simply combine 1/4 cup of the concentrated raw mango with 3/4 cup of mud pot water, black salt, crushed mint leaves.
  9. Mix it and Serve fresh.
  10. Body cooling Raw Mango Juice is Ready to Serve.
