Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Bajra Rava
- 6 Nos Small Onion / Shallot
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Green Chilli
- Few Coriander Leaves
- 1 Handful Mint Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- a pinch Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Directions
- Boil Bajra Rava with 1 1/2 Cup of water, till it gets cooked well.
- In a pan heat oil, add chopped shallot, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute till its raw smell goes.
- Then add Garam masala, turmeric powder, tomato, salt and saute till tomato gets soft.
- Add Mint leaves, coriander leaves and stir.
- Then add cooked bajra rava into it, add water as required depending on the consistency you prefer.
- Let them boil for a few minutes.
- Switch off the Stove.
- Bajra Spicy Porridge is Ready.
- Serve hot.
