Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Curry leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Grated Coconut
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2-3 Green Chilli
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Urad dal
  • Salt
  • Oil

Directions

  1. Wash and drain Curry leaves.
  2. In a pan, heat oil, add mustard, wait till it splutters, then add urad dal and let it turn golden.
  3. Add garlic cloves, green chilli and just give a stir.
  4. Then add curry leaves and saute them for a few minutes.
  5. Add Grated coconut, salt and immediately switch off the Stove.
  6. Transfer it to a plate to cool.
  7. Grind it smoothly with little required water.
  8. Curry leaves chutney is Ready.
  9. Serve with hot idli, bonda, vada, dosa.
