Multigrain Ladoo Recipe is another healthy snacks recipe which is loved by everyone. Combining some millets with groundnut and ghee makes this tasty and healthy recipe which helps reducing weight and lowers Blood Sugar Level. In this Multigrain Ladoo recipe I’m adding ragi flour, bajra flour, black gram flour with little powdered groundnut and sesame seeds. For Sweetness I’m adding organic nattusakkarai / powder Jaggery which will be free of impurities and dust.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Ragi Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Bajra Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Black gram Flour
  • 2 tbsp Groundnut
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 Cup Powdered Jaggery / Nattu Sakkarai
  • a pinch Cardamom
  • 2 tbsp Ghee

Directions

  1. Roast groundnut and sesame seeds separately.
  2. Powder / Crush Groundnut and keep it ready.
  3. Then Roast Ragi flour, Bajra flour, black gram flour separately in low flame till we get a nice aroma.
  4. In a large bowl add all the roasted flours, crushed groundnut, sesame seeds, cardamom and jaggery.
  5. Mix them well till they get binding.
  6. Then heat ghee in a pan and add the hot ghee with the mixture.
  7. Mix all.
  8. Make ladoo with your hands.
  9. Healthy and tasty Multigrain Ladoo Recipe is ready.
