Ingredients

  • 2 Raw Nendran Raw Banana
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Coconut Oil

Directions

  1. Dissolve salt in 2 to 3 spoons of water and keep it ready.
  2. Peel, remove banana skin and slice it into thin circles.
  3. Once the coconut oil is heated (but not too hot), add the nendran banana slices in batches to the oil for deep frying without crowding it.
  4. Simply flip it over to fry the other side after 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Once it’s halfway fried, reduce the flame and add little salt water over the chips very carefully, slowly, otherwise oil starts to splash out, so keep distance from the stove.
  6. Toss the chips a couple more times until they get crispy after the noise has subsided.
  7. RWhen the chips are completely crispy, remove them from the oil.
  8. Continue the process with the rest of the banana slices.
  9. Let them cool, store it in an airtight container.
