Mango Rice | Mangai Sadam Recipe is a favorite variety rice to many during the raw mango season. Mangai sadam is a tangy and spicy rice prepared with raw mango. In this dish, I used grated mango, but we can also make this mango rice by coarsely grinding mango with green chilli. And to make this mango rice, I used traditional Salem Sanna rice, which increases stamina and power, however you can use any rice you like.
