Barnyard Millet Kesari Recipe | Kuthiraivali Kesari

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Barnyard Millet Fine Rava
  • 1 Cup Palm Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Cow Milk
  • 4 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • a pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 10 Cashew
  • 10 Dry Grapes

Directions

  1. Mix Milk with 4 cups of water.
  2. Add Barnyard Millet Fine Rava and mix together.
  3. Boil it and cook in low flame.
  4. Add little Turmeric / Saffron.
  5. Once it gets cooked well add palm sugar and ccontinue cook for few more minutes.
  6. Switch off the Stove.
  7. Heat ghee in a pan, add cashew and dry grapes.
  8. Roast them well in low flame.
  9. Add it with prepared barnyard millet kesari.
  10. Healthy and tasty Barnyard Millet Kesari is Ready to Serve.
