  • 4 piece Beetroot
  • 3 tbsp Jaggery powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • a small piece ginger
  • 1 cardamom

Directions

  1. In a blender add beetroot, ginger, cardamom with jaggery powder and blend well.
  2. Then Filter it using a strainer.
  3. Add 2 spoons of lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Healthy and natural iron tonic beetroot juice is ready to Serve immediately.
