Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • Few Coriander leaves
  • Few Curry leaves
  • a pinch asafoetida
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Whisk curd well in a bowl with some salt, asafetida and keep it aside.
  2. Fine chop onions, carrot, cucumber, curry leaves and green chilli.
  3. Add chopped vegetables to the whisked curd.
  4. Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve after 20 mins.
