Ingredients
- 1 Cup Whole Black gram
- 10 pepper
- 4 – 5 Red Chilli
- a small piece asafetida
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Directions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and roast black gram till we get a nice flavour from it and it gets roasted well.
- Then add pepper, red chilli and stir for a few seconds.
- Switch off the stove and add asafetida, salt.
- Add a few curry leaves or garlic as you wish.
- Let them cool.
- Then transfer it to a mixie and grind well.
- Healthy and tasty black gram powder is ready.
- Store it in an airtight container.
