Ingredients
- 2 Cup Curry leaves
- 1/4 Cup Grated Coconut
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 2-3 Green Chilli
- 1/4 tsp Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Urad dal
- Salt
- Oil
Directions
- Wash and drain Curry leaves.
- In a pan, heat oil, add mustard, wait till it splutters, then add urad dal and let it turn golden.
- Add garlic cloves, green chilli and just give a stir.
- Then add curry leaves and saute them for a few minutes.
- Add Grated coconut, salt and immediately switch off the Stove.
- Transfer it to a plate to cool.
- Grind it smoothly with little required water.
- Curry leaves chutney is Ready.
- Serve with hot idli, bonda, vada, dosa.
