Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Barnyard Millet Rava
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Cabbage)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • a small piece Cinnamon Sticks
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, add cinnamon sticks, chopped onion, vegetables and saute for a few minutes till it gets half boiled.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste and continue saute.
  3. Add Barnyard Millet rava and stir.
  4. Then add 1 Cup of water and cook well till everything gets mashed.
  5. Once cooked, switch off the stove and let it get warm.
  6. Blend it well and then add 1-2 Cups of water and boil it.
  7. When it starts to boil add salt, pepper and immediately Switch off the flame.
  8. Millet Soup is ready to serve.
  9. Serve hot.
