Chettinad Maavu Urundai | Moong dhal Laddu is a quick, healthful, and simple recipe made with only a few basic ingredients. Moong dal ladoo is made exclusively with yellow moong dal, ghee, and sugar. As white or refined sugar is unhealthy, carcinogenic, and may increase the risk of diabetes, obesity, liver disease, and heart disease, I’m just substituting palm sugar for refined sugar without compromising the recipes colour, taste, or flavour.
