Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ragi flour
- 1/2 cup Idiyappam flour
- 1/4 cup jaggery
- 1/4 cup grated coconut
- 1 spoon ghee
- A little cardamom powder
- 2 spoons of coconut milk
Directions
- First we need to roast the ragi flour until fragrant.
- Along with it, Idiyappam flour should also be added.
- Add a little salt to these if required.
- Boil one and a half cups of water in a pot.
- After the water boils, it should be added little by little to the flour and stirred well.
- Then put this dough in an idiyappam mold, squeeze it and steam it for ten minutes.
- Add coconut milk, cardamom powder, ghee, grated coconut and jaggery to the cooked Idiyappam.
- Delicious and nutritious Ragi Idiyappam is ready.
