Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Ragi Flour
- 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Methi leaves
- Salt
- Groundnut Oil
Directions
- In a bowl add ragi flour, wheat flour, methi leaves with salt and mix well.
- Add water little by little and mix well as a dough.
- Keep it aside for 30 mins.
- Make small balls of the dough.
- Flatten the dough on a rolling board by dusting little flour on both sides.
- Heat cast iron tawa.
- Once hot, place the ragi methi chapati on it, add oil.
- After 30 seconds, flip the roti over and cook it for an additional 30 seconds.
- Cook both sides by flipping and using a little ghee or oil.
- Remove from tawa once cooked on both sides.
- Healthy Ragi Methi Roti is Ready.
