Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Ragi Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Methi leaves
  • Salt
  • Groundnut Oil

Directions

  1. In a bowl add ragi flour, wheat flour, methi leaves with salt and mix well.
  2. Add water little by little and mix well as a dough.
  3. Keep it aside for 30 mins.
  4. Make small balls of the dough.
  5. Flatten the dough on a rolling board by dusting little flour on both sides.
  6. Heat cast iron tawa.
  7. Once hot, place the ragi methi chapati on it, add oil.
  8. After 30 seconds, flip the roti over and cook it for an additional 30 seconds.
  9. Cook both sides by flipping and using a little ghee or oil.
  10. Remove from tawa once cooked on both sides.
  11. Healthy Ragi Methi Roti is Ready.
