Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Dry Ginger
- 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Karupatti
Directions
- First roughly crush Dry ginger, coriander seeds, pepper and cumin seeds.
- Then add them in a mixie and grind to get a powder.
- Karupatti Kappi Powder is ready.
- Cool it and transfer to an airtight container.
To prepare Coffee
- Add 1 1/4 cup of water in a pot and boil it.
- Once it starts to boil, add a spoon of karupatti kappi powder into it with karupatti and boil it in medium flame for two to three minutes.
- Then switch off the stove.
- Stain it with a metal strainer.
- Karupatti Coffee is Ready.
- Serve hot.
