Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Kodo Millet
  • 10 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Small piece Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Wash and Soak Kodo Millet for 20 mins.
  2. Add 4 cups of water in a mud pot, add and cook drained kodo millet.
  3. Once it begins to boil, turn down the heat and add the crushed ginger, garlic, fenugreek, and cumin seeds.
  4. Once it’s cooked well add salt.
  5. Kodo Millet Porridge is ready.
  6. Switch off the stove.
  7. Serve Warm.
