Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Kodo Millet
- 10 Garlic cloves
- 1 Small piece Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Salt
Directions
- Wash and Soak Kodo Millet for 20 mins.
- Add 4 cups of water in a mud pot, add and cook drained kodo millet.
- Once it begins to boil, turn down the heat and add the crushed ginger, garlic, fenugreek, and cumin seeds.
- Once it’s cooked well add salt.
- Kodo Millet Porridge is ready.
- Switch off the stove.
- Serve Warm.
