Ragi-Malt-Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Ragi / Finger Millet
  • Jaggery
  • 1 Cardamom

Directions

  1. Wash and remove dust from ragi by rubbing it well.
  2. Soak Ragi in clean water for 10 hours.
  3. Then drain the water after 10 hours and wash the ragi once again.
  4. Place it in a net bag or cotton towel, tie it gently, and hang it somewhere airy for another 12 hours so it can sprout.
  5. After 12 hours we can see small white color sprouts from ragi.
  6. Add it in a blender with one cardamom, little water (hot / cold water) and grind well.
  7. Filter it and then add jaggery.
  8. Calcium rich Ragi Milk is Ready.
  9. Serve immediately.
