Millet Rava Dosa Recipe | Barnyard Millet Instant Dosai | Kuthiraivali Recipe is a healthy, simple and instant dosa prepared with fine millet rava. Instead of buttermilk and curd, which are frequently used to rava dosa but shouldn’t be heated, I’ve used a little quantity of fermented batter in this dish to get the sour taste which is optional.
