Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Barnyard Millet Rava
- 1/4 Cup Vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Cabbage)
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Ghee
- a small piece Cinnamon Sticks
- Salt
Directions
- Heat ghee in a pan, add cinnamon sticks, chopped onion, vegetables and saute for a few minutes till it gets half boiled.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and continue saute.
- Add Barnyard Millet rava and stir.
- Then add 1 Cup of water and cook well till everything gets mashed.
- Once cooked, switch off the stove and let it get warm.
- Blend it well and then add 1-2 Cups of water and boil it.
- When it starts to boil add salt, pepper and immediately Switch off the flame.
- Millet Soup is ready to serve.
- Serve hot.
