Barnyard Millet Milk Kheer | Kuthiraivali Paal Payasam Recipe is a delicious sweet recipe that suits everyone including kids. You can enjoy barnyard millet paal payasam for dessert and as a wonderful festival recipe. I used barnyard millet, also known as kuthiraivali, in this dish since it naturally has a creamy, soft, and silky texture. You can also use other millets like kodo millet, little millet, foxtail millet too. If you don’t have millet rava, simply wash the millet rice, soak it for 20 minutes, then dry it and coarsely blend it in a blender.
