Ingredients

  • 10 Karpooravalli Leaves
  • 10 Shallot / Small Onions
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 10 Tulsi leaves
  • 1/2 tsp pepper cumin powder
  • Little Rock Salt
  • 1 tsp Cow Ghee
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 1 Clove

Directions

  1. In a pan heat ghee, add cinnamon and clove.
  2. Then add Karpooravalli leaves, tulsi leaves, chopped onion and garlic.
  3. Saute for a few minutes, Switch off the stove and let them cool.
  4. Grind them well and boil it with a little water added.
  5. Once it starts to boil, switch off the stove, add salt and Pepper cumin powder on top of it as required.
  6. Healthy and Tasty Karpooravalli Soup is Ready.
  7. Serve hot immediately.
