Cinnamon Honey Tea | Surul Pattai Tea is a great winter tea recipe that balances our body. In this recipe we use only surul pattai i.e. ceylon Cinnamon which has high antioxidant content and is also good for Weight loss, Diabetes, Cold, and Cough. It also boosts immunity and strength.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp Ceylon Cinnamon Powder / 4 to 5 small Surul pattai sticks
- 1 tbsp Honey
Directions
- In a pan add 1 1/4 Cup of water and heat it.
- Once it starts to boil add Cinnamon Powder or sticks and boil it in medium low flame for 5 to 10 mins.
- Then Switch off the Stove.
- Cover it with a lid and leave for 5 mins.
- Add Honey as a sweetener which is optional.
- Mix well.
- Healthy herbal Ceylon Cinnamon Tea is Ready, Serve warm.
