Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Raw Rice
- 1/2 Cup Urad dal
- a pinch Cardamom powder
- 2 Cup Coconut Milk
- a pinch Salt
- 1 Cup Jaggery Powder
- Oil
Directions
- Combine Raw rice and urad dal together.
- Wash and soak for 2 hours.
- Grind it finely.
- Check for no small particles of rice and dal left in corners.
- Add a little salt and Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and drop the batter into small ball shapes and complete the remaining batter.
- Fry tiny paniyarams till it gets cooked well, just with yellow color, dont fry till golden.
- Mix coconut milk with cardamom powder and jaggery powder.
- Add coconut milk mixture over tiny paniyaram in a wide bowl and mix all together 10 mins before serving.
- Chettinad Paal Paniyaram is Ready to Serve.
