Ingredients
- 2 Raw Nendran Raw Banana
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Coconut Oil
Directions
- Dissolve salt in 2 to 3 spoons of water and keep it ready.
- Peel, remove banana skin and slice it into thin circles.
- Once the coconut oil is heated (but not too hot), add the nendran banana slices in batches to the oil for deep frying without crowding it.
- Simply flip it over to fry the other side after 3 to 4 minutes.
- Once it’s halfway fried, reduce the flame and add little salt water over the chips very carefully, slowly, otherwise oil starts to splash out, so keep distance from the stove.
- Toss the chips a couple more times until they get crispy after the noise has subsided.
- RWhen the chips are completely crispy, remove them from the oil.
- Continue the process with the rest of the banana slices.
- Let them cool, store it in an airtight container.
