Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cashew
- 3/4 – 1 Cup Jaggery
- 1/4 Cup Water
- Ghee to grease
Directions
- Heat cashews in a heavy-bottomed kadai (Dont roast).
- Transfer to plates, Let them cool.
- Fine Powder it in mixie.
- In the kadai add jaggery and water, heat it for approx 5 mins to get one string consistency.
- Add the cashew powder and well combine to avoid lumps.
- Keep stirring well.
- The mixture will begin to thicken after a few minutes; continue stirring until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the kadai.
- Take a small amount of the mixture, pour it on a plate, and roll it into a small ball to determine the proper consistency.
- Now take it off of the flames, pour it into the tray that has been greased with ghee, spread it out evenly, and let it set.
- Cut it into diamond shapes and enjoy.
