Ragi Laddu Recipe | Healthy ladoo | Finger Millet Recipe is a millet based ladoo recipe. Ragi flour is used in this quick and simple recipe, finger millet ladoo. This ladoo can also be made with bajra flour. To make this healthy ladoo, I use ragi flour that has been sprouted in this recipe. Instead of sprouted ragi flour, we can simply use normal ragi flour. Ingredients
- 1 cup Sprouted Ragi flour
- ½ cup Jaggery Powder
- a pinch cardamom powder
- ½ cup Ghee
- 10 – 15 cashews
Directions
- Roast Ragi Flour in low flame till it gets roasted well and nice aroma comes.
- Heat & Melt ghee in a pan, add cashews and roast it well.
- Add Jaggery powder, cardamom powder, roasted cashew with melted ghee with roasted ragi flour.
- Mix them well till they get binding.
- Make ladoo with your hands when it is warm.
- Healthy, Easy and Tasty Ragi Laddu is Ready to serve.
