- 1 Carrot
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Green Chilli
- Few Coriander leaves

- a pinch asafoetida

- Whisk curd well in a bowl with some salt, asafetida and keep it aside.
- Fine chop onions, carrot, cucumber, curry leaves and green chilli.
- Add chopped vegetables to the whisked curd.
