Directions
- Boil water in a pot.

- Add Butterfly pea flower and close the pot for five minutes.
- We get a bright blue tea after it gets steeped.
- After it steeps, strain the flowers.
- Adding Lemon juice turns the tea to purple color which is optional and adding honey is also optional.
