Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Ragi flour
  • 1 tsp Crushed Cumin
  • 1 tsp Crushed pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • Few Coriander leaves
  • Few Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil

Directions

  1. Fine Chop onion, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
  2. In a bowl add Ragi flour, crushed cumin, crushed pepper and salt.
  3. Add water to get a liquid dosa batter consistency.
  4. Then add chopped onion, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
  5. Mix all together.
  6. Heat Tawa and splutter the batter from outside to inside.
  7. Add oil.
  8. Wait till it gets cooked.
  9. Then Flip and cook both sides.
  10. Instant Ragi Dosa is ready to serve.
  11. Remove and Serve hot with spicy chutney.
