Ingredients
- 1 Cup Ragi flour
- 1 tsp Crushed Cumin
- 1 tsp Crushed pepper
- 1 Onion
- Few Coriander leaves
- Few Curry leaves
- Salt
- Oil
Directions
- Fine Chop onion, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
- In a bowl add Ragi flour, crushed cumin, crushed pepper and salt.
- Add water to get a liquid dosa batter consistency.
- Then add chopped onion, coriander leaves and curry leaves.
- Mix all together.
- Heat Tawa and splutter the batter from outside to inside.
- Add oil.
- Wait till it gets cooked.
- Then Flip and cook both sides.
- Instant Ragi Dosa is ready to serve.
- Remove and Serve hot with spicy chutney.
