Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sprouted Ragi flour
- a pinch cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp roasted broken cashews
- 1 Cup Jaggery Powder
- 1/4 Cup Ghee (or less)
Directions
- Heat a spoon of ghee in a kadai, add Sprouted Ragi flour.
- Keep roasting it in a medium low flame till we get a nice aroma and become hot.
- Remove it from the heat, combine it thoroughly in a large bowl with the powdered cardamom, jaggery, and roasted cashews.
- Melt the remaining ghee and stir it into the mixture of roasted ragi flour.
- Mix everything thoroughly, then take a handful and press and hold it firmly to form ladoo.
- Healthy Ragi Ladoo is Ready to serve.
