Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sprouted Ragi flour
  • a pinch cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp roasted broken cashews
  • 1 Cup Jaggery Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Ghee (or less)

Directions

  1. Heat a spoon of ghee in a kadai, add Sprouted Ragi flour.
  2. Keep roasting it in a medium low flame till we get a nice aroma and become hot.
  3. Remove it from the heat, combine it thoroughly in a large bowl with the powdered cardamom, jaggery, and roasted cashews.
  4. Melt the remaining ghee and stir it into the mixture of roasted ragi flour.
  5. Mix everything thoroughly, then take a handful and press and hold it firmly to form ladoo.
  6. Healthy Ragi Ladoo is Ready to serve.
