Ragi Sweet Puttu | Kelvaragu Innipu Puttu Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Ragi Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Jaggery Powder
  • a pinch Cardamom Powder
  • 2 tbsp Ghee

Directions

  1. Take Ragi Flour in a Bowl, add a pinch of salt and mix well.
  2. Sprinkle some water and mix well.
  3. Don’t make it a dough, just sprinkle water (less than 1/4 Cup) and mix well.
  4. Steam it in a steamer for 10 minutes.
  5. Then transfer it to a bowl, add ghee, jaggery powder, grated coconut, cardamom powder and mix all together.
