Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Curd
- 1 Small piece Ginger
- a pinch asafoetida
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- Few Curry leaves
- Few Coriander leaves
- Salt
Directions
- Ginger, green chilli, and cumin seeds should be finely ground in a manual mortar and pestle.
- Add the coriander and curry leaves finally, then coarsely crush the mixture.
- Take curd in a bowl, add approximately 1 1/2 cups of water, and whisk well with a traditional wooden mathu.
- Add crushed ingredients, asafetida, salt and mix well.
- Neer Mor is ready.
