- 1 Cup Ragi Flour
- 1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
- 1/2 Cup Jaggery Powder
- a pinch Cardamom Powder
- 2 tbsp Ghee
Directions
- Take Ragi Flour in a Bowl, add a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Sprinkle some water and mix well.
- Don’t make it a dough, just sprinkle water (less than 1/4 Cup) and mix well.
- Steam it in a steamer for 10 minutes.
- Then transfer it to a bowl, add ghee, jaggery powder, grated coconut, cardamom powder and mix all together.
