- 1 Cup Sesame Seeds
- 10 – 15 Cashews
- 12 Dry Grapes
- a pinch Cardamom Powder
- 3/4 Cup Palm Jagger
Directions
- Clean and Wash Sesame seeds.
- Dry it well.
- Dry Roast Sesame seeds.
- Can dry roast cashew, dry grapes which is optional.
- Add Sesame seeds, cashews, dry grapes, cardamom powder and palm jaggery together and grind well.
- Once everything gets together make small balls with it.
- Healthy and Easy Sesame Balls are Ready.
